The world *is* watching. Learn effective ways to use social media as a resource for customer service. Covering how to share the raves, respond to the complaints, and other content with grace and tact.

Emails and Newsletters and Lists, Oh My!: Your newsletter, your way
They’ve signed up, now what? Create simple and effective newsletters using YOUR list and YOUR content. Best practices and tips to develop an email marketing plan. We will use MailChimp for the workshop and same resources apply if you use or plan to use another vendor. There will be pre-workshop homework sent one week before class.
Cost: $45.
