Registered Maine Guide course

Captain John and Tami Rogers of the Maine Outdoor Learning Center, in partnership with PMAL of Blue Hill, will be offering a Registered Maine Guide course with concentrations in Hunting, Fishing and Recreation licenses. This course is not a condensed course, but a very concentrated course that offers education, knowledge, and confidence to pass both the written and oral tests given by Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. This course will meet at the PMAL center in Blue Hill daily from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting Thursday, June 4th and ending on Sunday, June 7th. Egyptian summer campSummer Camp: Egyptian Expedition

Join us for an imaginary exploration of Ancient Egypt. For one week this July, the Peninsula Metamorphic Arts & Learning Center will be transformed into an archaeological site in the midst of a desert oasis. Fictional characters will lead students through an exploration of Egyptian technology, environment, art, and mythology. This is where imagination, theatre, arts, and science meet history in the making!

Built on the concept of a community center, this privately-owned facility is designed to provide a variety of programming for all ages. We currently offer after-school enrichment, arts and activities for children and adults, workshops, and private tutoring.
